Fall has arrived.  To be fair, fall has been here in Alaska for like 2-3 weeks but Fall officially arrived on Sept 1.   I hope you had an amazing summer.  I hope you got out and explored a few of our amazing parks.  I wish I could stay I have been to several parks this summer but living outside Denali National Park makes it hard to see other parks.  Plus Denali is kind of addicting.  Here are the 11 best photos from the United States National Parks in August 2018.

Arches National Park

My_big_fat_bundt pushed pass Landscape Arch and made it to Double O Arch.  Double O Arch is located in the Devil’s Graden and is reached by a primative trail hike.

Minidoka National Historic Site

TheTravelingRanger took a look at one of the darkest moments in United States history at the Minidoka National Historic Site.  Over 120,000 American citizens were forcibly removed from their homes and placed in prison camps during World War II.
