Promising Review: Perfectly situated cabin about 7 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg but out of the mess of traffic. Grocery, gas, and food are within a 3 minute drive but the cabin still feels secluded. It is a quaint cabin with everything you need for a weekend getaway and it felt private despite being in a small community of cabins. Would recommend bringing your own coffee and shower supplies, otherwise it is a worry free travel. We very much enjoyed our stay and would return again!

Great location, close to national park and man coffee and dining options. Tomi has the space set up with everything you could possibly need – multiple coffee maker options, snacks, water in the fridge. It has a great little kitchen with an area to sit and look out the huge windows. Shower has excellent water pressure and nice and hot after a day of hiking. Soft blankets to use while sitting in the cozy recliners. Big comfy bed. Easy checkin and checkout. Everything was perfect for a much-needed getaway! Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

It’s about a 20 minute drive to Pigeon Forge, which is where we got most of our meals. Promising Review: The Flying Horse View cabin had wonderful views of the mountains and beautiful sunsets. It was very peaceful and we certainly enjoyed that. We also enjoyed watching the bear on the ground from the top floor balcony make his rounds through the trees edge and enjoyed one out in the woods climb in a tree to eat something. The cabin had games to play if you had kids and also a hot tub which was very relaxing. We ran into a slight problem and Ashley was very quick in her response and got it taken care of immediately. We appreciate her quick communication on booking, asking questions, and also taking care of the slight problem with the hot tub. She even checked back with us to make sure everything was ok. Would highly recommend this cabin.

Promising Review: Amazing place to stay, the views are incredible and the cabin is very cozy so make sure you take at least a full day to chill out at the cabin and enjoy its amenities. Hung is great with communication and although we didn’t see the bear ourselves, he sent us a picture of a cub outside of our cabin from the driveway camera while we were there. The new hot tub was also relaxing and fun at night with the changing lights. Definitely recommend the stay and worth the price!

Promising Review: Amazing cabin for the price! The view from the patio was even better than expected! The host had many extra amenities available, such as a hot tub, Keurig coffee machine, cable TV, Netflix, TV’s both upstairs and downstairs, etc. The only issue we had was that Apple Maps told us to keep driving a bit past the cabin, but the cabin does have a sign at the end of the driveway that says “Mountain Escape”, so be on the lookout to the right for that and you shouldn’t miss it!

Promising Review: Pictures of this place online do not do it any justice. As soon as you step in you get the “wow” factor! From the huge windows and tall ceilings, the cleanliness and all the amenities this has to offer, this place was perfect for us. This was by far the best cabin we have ever stayed at. We never wanted to leave and only did just to get a few groceries from time to time. Why go out when you have everything you could possibly need for a romantic getaway? Location wise it is excellent too. It is in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so there is endless entertainment if you care to step out. I will be making this my home away from home and definitely plan on coming back!

The proximity to downtown Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain Nat’l park is ideal! We would wake up in the morning and hit the trails and come back to relax in the hot tub while listening to the creek. This place is such an amazing deal with the amenities, proximity, and comfortable space. Their cabin was very clean and smelled wonderful. And the communication was superb. I’m looking forward to coming to visit the Gatlinburg area again. Don’t forget to also try Docs cafe down the road.

We loved our proximity to Great Smokies National Park, and Asheville. Maggie Valley had plenty of dining options, both breakfast and dinner. We really enjoy our trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay than The Gathering Place! I just wish we could have spent more time there!!

Promising Review: Meredith’s mountain top cabin is one of my favorite Airbnbs to date. The cabin is extremely private and perfect for a quiet get away with your spouse. The outdoor hot tub was a bonus and extremely relaxing after running the trails. Also can’t beat the location, a few miles to the Tsali Mountain Bike Trails, NOC, and Bryson City.
